My favorite traditional Chinese skill is Chinese calligraphy. We usually use a writing brush, ink and rice paper to write beautiful Chinese characters. It is an important part of Chinese culture with a history of thousands of years. When we practice calligraphy, we can calm down and cultivate our patience, and we can also learn lots of classic Chinese poems and stories while writing. To protect this great traditional skill, we can join calligraphy clubs at school to learn the basic skills from teachers. We can also share our own calligraphy works on the Internet to let more young people find the beauty of this traditional skill.
