新素材 In China, some schools have made their break time longer, changing from 10 to 15 minutes. Before, the short breaks didn't give kids much time to play outside, especially if their classes were on different floors. Now, they are 15 minutes instead of 10. Middle schools in Yunnan also have a 15-minute break at the start of the 2025 spring term. Also, the daily exercise time should be no less than 120 minutes.
