Washing hands is a good habit. We should wash hands before meals. How can we wash hands? Let's learn the six steps for hand washing.
① You need to wet your hands. The water should be nice and warm.
②Put some soap on your hands. It is good to use soap because soap helps clean your hands.
③Rub（摩擦）your hands together to make lather（泡沫）with the soap. You should use one hand to rub the back of the other hand and clean in between（在图2中间）the fingers. Do the same with the other hand. Rub your hands for at least（至少）20 seconds（秒）.
④Put your hands under running water, and dry your hands well with a paper towel（纸巾）.
⑤Please turn off the tap（水龙头）with a paper towel.
⑥Put the paper towel in the rubbish bin.
