The water cycle is like a big circle. It happens over and over again. There is a picture of how it works.

The water cycle begins from the sun's heat. Water from rivers, lakes and the ocean goes up into the sky as tiny drops(滴). There are many tiny drops in the air, but we can't see them. These tiny drops are called water vapour(水蒸气). Then, the wind moves the vapour and the vapour cools down to make clouds. When the clouds get heavy with water, the water falls down as rain, snow or hail(冰雹). There are different ways for water to go back to the ground. 5. ______ Then a new cycle starts again!
