It was a very big day! Dad brought home a special surprise. *The whole family wanted to see what was in the box.
“Mike’s family is moving,” said Dad. “They need to find a new home for Nibbles.”
When Dad opened the box, a little hamster (仓鼠) looked up. “Aww! He’s so cute!” said Tex. “Hi, Nibbles,” said Indi. “I already love you!”
“Can we really keep him? Pets are a lot of work,” said Mum.
