At 9:00 a.m. on his first day of work at the supermarket, John needed to collect the shopping carts(购物车). It was very cold outside. And John did not want to do it. But he was a good worker.
John started a train of shopping carts and after an hour John had twenty-five carts. He pushed them all to the front of the supermarket. At 10:20 a.m. when John was about to go out for more carts, his boss called him out, “Hold on there, John. You are such a good worker. We want you to be a cashier. Just come in and start your new work!” At 11:40 a.m. John started his new job inside the supermarket.
What a nice day for him! John felt excited about his new job and he couldn't wait to go to work the next morning.
