C
The door opened and a red-headed boy came in.
“Anyone sitting here?” he asked, pointing at the seat next to Harry. “Everywhere else is full.”
Harry shook his head and the boy sat down. Harry had always been small and thin for his age and the boy was much taller than him.
“Hey, Ron.” The twins were back. “Harry,” said one twin. “Did we introduce ourselves? Fred and George Weasley. And this is Ron, our brother. It won’t take long to arrive. See you later at school.”
“Are you really Harry Potter?” Ron asked. Harry nodded.
“Oh, I thought it might be one of Fred and George’s jokes,” said Ron. “And have you really got ...” He pointed at Harry’s forehead (前额).
Harry pulled back his black hair to show the lightning scar (疤).
“Wow!” said Ron. He sat and looked at Harry for a few moments.
“Are all your family wizards (巫师)?” asked Harry, who found Ron just as interesting as Ron found him.
“Yes. It’s not that interesting. I heard you lived with your family. What are they like?”
“Not as good as yours. I live with my aunt, uncle and cousin. Wish I’d had three wizard brothers.”
“Five,” said Ron. For some reason, he looked unhappy. “I’m the sixth in our family to go to Hogwarts. Bill and Charlie have already left—Bill was Head Boy and Charlie was captain of Quidditch. Now Percy is a top student. Fred and George play around a lot, but they still get really good marks and everyone thinks they’re really funny. Everyone wants me to do as well as the others, but if I do, it’s no big deal. Because they did it first. You never get anything new, either, with five brothers.”
