My name is the blue whale. I'm the biggest animal on earth, and I can weigh more than 100 tons.
I'm heavy, but I love swimming for thousands of kilometers every year. Oceans are everywhere on our planet, but I live in almost all the oceans except the warm tropical seas. My favourite food is krill, and I can eat over 4 tons of krill in a single day. I can live up to 90 years if I can live in a safe and clean sea.
When I die, my body can provide enough food for different kinds of deep-sea animals, my body plays a very important part in the nutrient cycle of the whole ocean ecosystem. For this reason, I hope people can stop polluting the oceans and never hunt us, so we can live in peace with humans together.
