One possible version:
As the saying goes, "Close neighbours are better than
distant relatives." It means a nice neighbour who lives nearby
can be more helpful than a relative who lives far away.
I live in a beautiful neighbourhood with many trees and
flowers around. People here are all kind and friendly. When
there is something wrong with our computers, we can always
go to the computer engineers for help. There are also some
volunteers who often help with community activities.
To get along with our neighbours, we should be friendly
and give a helping hand whenever we are needed. Only in this
way can we make our neighbourhood a better place。
