My name is Linda. I’m from Australia. I live in a small town. I’m fourteen years old. I am going to go to Green High School next year.
When I was 8 years old, I sang songs that I loved from the TV. It became a habit. As I grew up, I got better and better at it. Now I sing every day. I love singing. Singing makes me feel free and happy. People always tell me that I have a beautiful voice and that I should use it.
Last year I took part in our city’s singing contest ( 比赛). I won first prize. From then on, I decided to be a singer because I like singing and I am good at it. I hope I can become a singer. I am going to tour around America, England and other countries to give concerts ( 音乐会). I am going to be famous. I’m going to use part of the money from the concerts to help poor children. But if my dream doesn’t come true, I am not going to be sad. I am not going to stop singing. I sing just because I like it.
