I like the tree house. Because it is built in the tree, which is very special and interesting. (Or: I like the yurt. Because it is portable and has a unique circular shape. Or: I like the log cabin. Because it is often in a forest or a mountain, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Or: I like the snow house. Because it is a unique house built by the Inuit and can keep warm in cold weather.)
