Healthy food helps us grow. We need to eat less of some things and more of other things. The food pyramid(金字塔)helps us eat well. We need to eat more of the food at the bottom and less of the food at the top.
For breakfast, you need grains(谷类)and milk. They give you energy for a day. Lunch should be a full(丰盛)meal:rice, vegetables and some meat or fish. Dinner should be light(清淡). You can have porridge and steamed vegetables(蒸蔬菜). Eat different grains, don’t have too many snacks or sweet drinks. A diet with all food groups makes you happy and strong!
