My Active Sports Week
Last week, I decided to keep fit actively every day. On Monday, I went to the gym and tried a new fitness class. The coach said it was nice to keep on doing sports, so we lifted light dumbbells(哑铃）and practised quick tie of sports bands for exercise.
On Wednesday, I joined my friends for a hike in the park. The sun was bright, and we climbed a small hill. We drank icy water to cool down, and a friend brought a piece of cake and a small pie to share when we rested on the bench.
On Friday, I played tennis with my cousin. She hit the ball with her right hand, and I ran fast to catch it. I missed a few shots, but it's fine—it was just fun to play and laugh together.
On Sunday, I did yoga at home. I sat on my mat and tried to hold a high pose for 10 seconds. My little sister drew a kite for me to fly after yoga. Though I fell once when practising poses, I still felt happy about my colourful sports week.
