Maria went to Shandong Province with her grandparents, parents and her brother last May Day. Here is a part from her diaries about her holiday.
The 1st Day: Yesterday we arrived in Weihai in the rain. So we went to some big shops, but we bought nothing. The next day we went to the sea. We all had fun and enjoyed the sea food. It was delicious!
The 3rd Day: We arrived in Yantai in the hot weather. We had lunch in a small restaurant, but the food was great. We visited some shops. They were all wonderful.
The 4th Day: We came to Zibo. It was cloudy. We tried the special barbecue here. It tasted pretty good but it was not expensive. We all liked it best, and the people here are really friendly. In the day, we went shopping and bought some gifts for our friends.
The 6th Day: We went to Dongying and the things in the shops were a little expensive. But we liked the weather there. The weather was fine. We'll go back home tomorrow after a week's holiday.
