Today is Sunday. It is warm and sunny. My friends and I are taking part in community service(社区服务) at the Old People's Home. We help the grandparents.
When we arrive(到达) there, we do different things. Look! Some children are cleaning the room. Xiaoxue is making the bed. Lele is sweeping the floor. Haohao is cleaning the windows.
Some children are painting pictures with the old people in the activity room. Linlin is playing chess with an old man.
Some children are singing and dancing for the grandparents in the garden. We are not only helping but also making good friends with the grandparents. They tell us interesting stories about their childhood(童年)and we share our school life with them.
We are very happy.
