Dear Tom,
I'm glad to tell you something about our class rules.
We have three important class rules. First, we can't be late for class, and we must arrive at the classroom before the bell rings. Second, we mustn't eat or talk loudly in class, because these actions will disturb other classmates. Third, we need to get our textbooks and school things ready before each class, and we can't play with toys or mobile phones during lessons.
I always follow all these rules. I think these rules are very good and necessary. They help us build a great learning environment, so all of us can focus on our lessons and make progress little by little.
