I'm really interested in these two projects and I'd like to choose the Kids' Summer Camp.
I want to choose it mainly because I love kids and I'm good at getting along with them. I believe I can bring them a lot of fun and help them grow. Also, I think teaching kids to take care of themselves is very meaningful work, which can help them become more independent.
To do this project well, I'll make a detailed plan before each class. I'll prepare some interesting teaching materials, like picture books and short videos, to make the classes more vivid and attractive. When teaching them to read, I'll use different methods to arouse their interest, such as reading stories aloud and having reading competitions. When it comes to teaching them to look after themselves, I'll demonstrate the skills step - by - step and let them practice. I'll also pay attention to each kid's progress and give them timely feedback and encouragement.
