二、阅读理解
A
Being a famous honeymooning (度蜜月) place and the seventh natural wonder of the world, it's no wonder that Niagara Falls tourism is growing stronger and stronger year by year. Though it is most often visited by honeymooners and retirees, Niagara Falls is also a fantastic place for families and adventurers to explore.
But what is the best way to see the falls? You may want to try seeing the falls from a boat, like the Maid of the Mist which takes you right through the waters around all of the main attractions. This is a wet but enjoyable way to get close to the falls.
Another way of seeing Niagara Falls is through the elevator at the Table Rock House. The elevator will drop you 151 feet through the rocks to an area where you'll be able to view the falls from behind. If you don't like to get wet, you may want to try seeing the falls from the Skylon Tower Observation Deck. No matter which way you choose to see the falls during the daytime, don't miss the chance to take a look at the falls at night. In the evening, twenty-two spotlights illuminate the falls with a rainbow of colours. This light show takes place at different times all year round, so make sure you check the schedule before you go.
In fact, there are so many other interesting places along the Niagara Parkway and within the town of Niagara Falls Canada that you might decide to stay an extra week to see them all. If you want to get a full view of the area, you can take the cable car (缆车) and enjoy the beauty from high above.

We often face the following situations in our daily life:
● The woman next door plays her piano after 12 o'clock at night.
● The family across the street never cleans up their yard. The rubbish blows into your yard.
● The man next door always parks his car in front of your car.
Have things like this ever happened to you? If so, you may ask yourself, "Who are these people? Why are they doing these things to me?"
These days, many people don't know their neighbors. Sometimes we share a friendly smile or say hello, but lots of people don't even know their neighbors' names! When you don't know someone, it's easy to be angry when something has happened that you think is unfair. You think, "Maybe they like to make me angry." or "Maybe they do it on purpose." Believe it or not, your neighbors probably don't mean to irritate (刺激) you. Often, they don't even know that they're making you feel angry. So before you take unusual steps to fix the problem, you should discuss it with them first.
When you move towards your neighbors, you should talk to them in a friendly manner. Praise their children to make them feel good. Then explain the situation. And if you can think of a simple way to solve the problem, suggest it.
If talking doesn't work, ask another person to help. This person can listen to both sides of the story and help you and your neighbor solve the situation.
Finally, sometimes it's a good idea to avoid the problem. Depending on the problem, it might be best to just stay out of your neighbor's way.
