No Rules Day Rules
"Leo, no TV on weekdays!" "Leo, eat less junk food!" There are so many rules at home. Leo hates rules. On Friday night, Leo whispered to himself, "I wish that for just one day, there were no rules at all." Then he fell asleep.
The next morning, Leo woke up at 9:00. "What's for breakfast, Mum?" Leo asked. "It's no rules day today. I don't feel like cooking or cleaning," Mum said. "No rules day?!" Leo was so excited! "Well, that means I can eat all the chocolate and ice cream for breakfast!"
After breakfast, Leo went to a park. Kids yelled and ran everywhere. No one shared toys. A tall boy took Leo's new toy car and refused to give it back. "It's no rules day today. I can do whatever I want!" The tall boy said to Leo. Leo was so angry, but he couldn't do anything about it.
Suddenly, Leo felt a bad stomachache because he ate too much chocolate and ice cream for breakfast. He cried and woke up in his bed. It was Saturday morning. It was a dream! Thank goodness!
