In the past year, you have read some great books. They not only taught you knowledge, but also opened your eyes. You especially love reading My Childhood. It helps you understand that even though life is difficult, love and hope can help you grow strong.
What's more, you often went to a nursing home as a volunteer. You spent time chatting with the elderly, reading newspapers to them and helping them with daily things. Seeing the smiles on their faces made you feel really happy. Through this experience, you realized that being kind and giving help to others can bring yourself so much joy.
This year, you've also met some problems, but all these have made you stronger. I believe in Grade 9 you can make more progress!
