In China, there is a wonderful traditional craft called sugar-figure blowing(吹糖人).
A craftsman starts by heating sugar until it becomes soft and sticky(黏的). Then, he uses a special tool to take a small piece of the sugar and starts to blow into it. As he blows, the sugar starts to take shape. It can become a lovely animal like a rabbit or a bird, or even a beautiful flower.
