Bill Gates failed many times. Even his first company was a complete failure. J. K. Rowling was many times before her Harry Potter took off. All of these prove that you must learn from your failures, not run from them!
As Winston Churchill puts it, success is not final, failure is not fatal. And it is the courage to continue that counts.
