Why do instant noodles(方便面) have a curved(弯曲的) shape(形状)? In fact, the shape of noodles has nothing to do with their nutrition(营养).
Most instant noodles are made through the processes of steaming(蒸) and frying. This can make them quite fragile. The curved shape can help them get the anti-pressure(抗压) ability.
