May 21，2020 is the first International Tea Day. It was designated(指定)by the United Nations on November 27，2019.
It is said that tea was first drunk by Shen Nong about 5，000 years ago. And China is a large producer of tea in the world and a home to kinds of tea. To celebrate the festival，a series of activities were organized at the Chinese Businessman Museum in Beijing on Thursday.
The FAO Intergovernmental Group on Tea said that the event could promote(促进)the tea industry development between countries and regions.
