HR: Welcome to our interview. First, could you tell us why you want to be a children's English teacher, and what's your understanding of this job?

HR: Do you have any follow-up plan for this job if you get the offer?
Me: I have made careful plans already. I know I am still a new person for formal teaching work, so I will keep reflecting on every class after I finish it: I will write down which part the kids love most, and which part is too hard for them to understand. Then I will adjust my teaching plans in time, collect more interesting English story resources for kids, and take professional children's teaching courses in my spare time to improve myself step by step.
