任务型阅读。
南京某中学的同学们进行了一次特别的艺术体验。请阅读下面短文,完成下列任务。
Referred to(被称为) by some people as “China’s Mona Lisa”, the painting Along the River During Qingming Festival is kept in the Palace Museum and seldom shown to the public. That’s why Ma Min, a young art teacher at Nanjing Zhonghua High School, helped her 300 students work together to recreate this famous painting.
Ma used a special method to help her students recreate the panoramic(全景的) painting. She found a picture of the painting, divided the picture into eight parts, and gave each part to a different group of students. Each
student was responsible for drawing a piece of their group’s part. Ma then spent about a month joining the pieces together to form the finished painting.
It took the students more than one month to finish the painting. They had to use their imagination to fill in details that were unclear in the painting, such as small trees or eaves(屋檐). They communicated with each other and made sure that their pieces matched each other both in form and style.
The students also had to do a lot of work in addition to painting. They did a lot of research and made some interesting findings. Li Zixuan, one of the students, was asked to paint the busy streets along the river. She learned that pillars(柱子) were used to create boundaries(边界) near the river. Beyond
the boundaries, sellers were not allowed to do business and shops were not allowed to open.
The students also made a video to show their findings so that they could learn from each other. “The students made discoveries and innovations based on historical inheritance(继承) and their own thinking,” Ma said. “This is their own artistic creation.”
