Bangkok was wonderful! The places were interesting. We visited a famous market and it was on the water. We saw a lot of fruit and vegetables. Everything was so colourful, and we took hundreds of photos! Later today we will leave for (动身去) Chiang Mai by train. We will stay in Chiang Mai for two days, and then take a bus to Chiang Rai (清莱).

We're in Chiang Rai now. We visit a small village in the mountains. People here love the quiet life — no computers or phones. They are friendly. They always smile and say "hello". We can only speak a few words of Thai (泰语), so smiling is the best way to show our kindness (好意). We feel good here and hope to visit it next year.
