I had a little red wagon (四轮运货车). It was a present from my grandma when I was five. I always carried my toys in my wagon to Grandma's house. When I got older, my wagon didn't get much use. But I still visited Grandma every day. We planted flowers together and we loved staying in the garden.
But this October, Grandma fell down the stairs (楼梯) and hurt her leg. The doctor said she should not walk for weeks. I could see Grandma's sad face. Except Grandma, no one could look after the flowers well.
By November, Grandma still couldn't walk. She always stayed in her bed and looked into her garden. Suddenly, I thought of my little red wagon. I ran to my house and took it out. Then I found a pretty, old quilt (被子) and put it on the wagon.
With the wagon, Mum, Dad and I went to Grandma's house. She was surprised to see the little red wagon. When we moved her to the garden with it, we knew she liked it. Under Grandma's guide, we took care of the flowers and had our picnic there. Everyone sang and laughed. It was a beautiful day, the best ever.
