Liam and his sister, Emma, were watching TV. Emma was eating a piece of candy. Suddenly, she started making strange noises. She put her hands on her throat. Her face began to turn red. She could not cough or speak. Liam knew she was choking (窒息). He felt scared but then remembered a first-aid video he saw. It was about the Heimlich maneuver (海姆立克急救法).
