In China，the most widely consumed parts of the lotus plant are the lotus roots.
This dish is Steamed Lotus Root Stuffed with Glutinous Rice. It's a combination of sticky rice mixed with osmanthus flowers（桂花）and honey，then stuffed into the channels of a whole lotus nodule. This concoction（混合物）is then steamed，chilled and served in slices.
