Summer is coming. It's getting hotter and hotter. Little Giraffe is hungry. He is eating the leaves from his friend Old Tree.
“Thank you, my friend! Your leaves are getting sweeter!” says Little Giraffe. Old Tree feels happy. “Look at me. I'm an old tree, but I feel stronger than last year,” says Old Tree.
Little Sheep is very hungry, too. He wants to eat the leaves. He jumps high, but he still can't get the leaves. “Oh, no! Little Giraffe is taller than me!” Little Sheep looks sad. “Little Sheep! Don't be sad! Let me help you,” says Little Giraffe.
Little Sheep is eating the leaves now. He is happier than before. “Thank you, Little Giraffe! You're taller than me! You're nice, too!” says Little Sheep. “Yes. Little Giraffe is becoming a big boy!” says Old Tree.
