Last Sunday, I volunteered at the Old People's Home. I helped clean the rooms and windows for the elderly. Then I chatted with them, listening to their stories about the past. Some of them were very lonely, so I tried to make them laugh by telling jokes. In the afternoon, I sang songs and read newspapers to them. When I left, an old grandma held my hand and thanked me with a smile. I felt very happy because I brought joy to others. This experience taught me that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. I will continue to do volunteer work in the future.
