We’ve had a discussion about doing chores. Some students agree, while others don’t. I think doing chores is good for us. First of all, doing chores can develop students’ independence. In this way, students can do many things by themselves. Second, doing chores can help students learn to look after themselves. Last but not least, doing chores can promote the development of students’ brains and improve their learning ability. I usually help my parents wash clothes, sweep the floor and so on. I think everybody should do our part in keeping the house clean and tidy.
