To go with the Civil Reading, our school did a survey about the time the students spent in reading every day last week.
56% of the students spent less than one hour reading after class each day last week while 33% read for 1 to 2 hours and only 11% read for more than 3 hours.
As we all know, reading not only helps us learn more about the world but also improves our ability. It also makes our life colourful.
I think reading for less than one hour is not enough. As students, it's time for us to read more. We can join some reading clubs and take part in some reading competitions.
