1. 含有be动词的陈述句变一般疑问句，需将be动词提前，原句中be动词为is，故第一空填Is，第二空填windy。

3. 用yesterday替换now后，句子时态变为一般过去时，现在进行时的are flying要变为fly的过去式flew，时间状语替换为yesterday，故第一空填flew，第二空填yesterday。
4. rained是动词rain的过去式，同义表达可采用“be+形容词”的结构，主语it为单数，过去式用was，形容词用rainy，所以填was和rainy。
