like fun, but in the sport of cross country running that’s exactly what you do.

Innes FitzGerald is one of Great Britain’s top young cross-country athletes. “Running can be a funny thing. Often you don’t want to do it but once you’re out there, it’s amazing,” the 18-year-old says. 2. “I was good at cross country when I was at school and I liked school competitions and tournaments(锦标赛) in my county,” she explains. “I’ve always been active, which set me up well for running.”
