Many of us know that eating late is bad. A study says that eating late at night could make us sick. The study shows that eating a few hours before bed means there is a higher risk(风险) of becoming too fat. When we eat earlier, we are less hungry, so we eat less food.
The research(研究) team looked into why eating late makes us become heavy. It found that eating late makes us feel much hungrier, so we eat more.
