Have you ever been to Xitang Water Town?
Xitang Water Town is a small ancient town on water. It is in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, China, near Hangzhou and Shanghai with convenient transportation. It takes just about 90 minutes by bus from Shanghai or Hangzhou. Xitang is famous for its bridges, alleys and sheltered corridors.
There are 9 rivers running through Xitang, dividing it into 8 parts, with stone bridges, quiet streets, and corridors running throughout the town.
Inside the town, there are many buildings built during the Ming and Qing dynasties. These old buildings have lots of historical value.
