How to be a good teenager
Dear friends,
I'm very glad to be here to share my ideas on how to be a good teenager.
First, in study, we should plan our time well. We need to study hard and think actively. Also, we can enjoy reading. It can open up a new world to us.
Second, in life, we should exercise actively. It makes us strong. And we should have a healthy diet. Eating more fruits and vegetables is good for us. We can also choose green travel, like riding bikes.
Third, we should stay away from unhealthy lifestyles. And we should be kind to others. Helping those in need can make us happy.
