This is the most heartwarming little moment I have experienced since the summer vacation began. When I woke up earlier than usual that morning, I walked to the balcony to breathe some fresh air, and suddenly smelled a soft, sweet faint fragrance. I looked down at the jasmine seedling I had taken care of for nearly half a year, and found that it had quietly unfurled all its white, tender little petals overnight, dotted among the green leaves like tiny little snow stars. I plucked one tiny bloom and put it next to my pillow, the whole room was wrapped in that gentle nice scent the whole day. That small unexpected surprise made all my tiredness of taking care of it fade away, and I felt the softest, warmest little happiness of the holiday.
