My favourite outdoor activity is cycling.
I can learn to keep trying even when I feel very tired during the long ride.
I can also enjoy different beautiful views that I can't see in the city.
I really want to recommend this fun activity to all of my friends.
It is cheap to get a common bike, and it's very easy for us to learn to ride.
We can ride together on weekends, and it helps us build a strong body.
We will always have a wonderful time when we ride in the open air.

这是七年级要求的简短主题微写作，只需要用已学的基础词汇和简单句，完整覆盖题干给出的三个提示问题即可：1. 首先明确点明自己最爱的户外活动；2. 接着说明从这项活动中可以收获、学习到的内容；3. 最后讲清楚推荐这项活动的理由，保证语句通顺、语法正确，符合七年级写作难度要求即可。

       There are all kinds of outdoor activities in our daily life. I like hiking 
best.
        During this activity, I can get close to nature and enjoy the fresh air, 
which makes me  relaxed. I often go hiking with my friends, so I can build 
the teamwork skills.
I will recommend it because it is fun and healthy.
