答案

Team Name:
The Green Sprouts
The Project:
We tried to make a set of hand-made recycled paper and a themed exhibition board to introduce the importance of protecting forest resources.
How You Worked Together:
1. We sat around our desk after class, took turns to speak out our ideas, and wrote down every interesting thought on our group notebook. We also set a shared online document to leave new ideas for each other in our free time.
2. We talked about our own strengths first: the classmates who are good at DIY were in charge of making recycled paper, the classmates who are good at drawing designed the layout of the exhibition board, and the classmates who are good at writing sorted out the text content. We made sure everyone got the work they were interested in.
3. Yes, we once failed to make the recycled paper several times, the paper we made was too rough and easy to break. We looked up related tutorial videos together, asked our science teacher for advice, adjusted the proportion of waste paper and water, and finally made the smooth recycled paper successfully.
The Result:
Our work got the first prize in the school's environmental protection creativity competition, and our exhibition board was placed in the school lobby for a whole month. All of us were very happy and proud of our final work.
The Important Lesson:
"Good division of work based on each member's strengths can make the whole team twice as efficient."
