The Rainbow Menu

Dear kids,
In order to get a balanced diet every day and keep healthy for everyone in our school, we've designed a special school lunch menu for all of you. Look! It is a "Rainbow". That's amazing.

Monday is "Red" day, we have apples, tomatoes and pork. Tuesday is "Orange" day, we have oranges, carrots and salmon. Wednesday is "Yellow" day, we have bananas, pumpkin and chicken. Thursday is "Green" day, we have cucumbers, green beans and herring. Friday is "Purple" day, we have grapes, eggplant and seaweed meat roll.

On Saturday and Sunday you have lunch at home. What do you have on weekends? A blue day or a colourful day? It's up to you. Welcome to taste. If you join our "Rainbow Plan", you will be healthy and strong. Try it and you will believe it.
