Hiking on Mount Lushan in Bad Weather
It's a special day today. My brother Jack and I are climbing Mount Lushan, but the weather isn't good. There are thick clouds in the sky. The fog is so heavy that we can't see far. The ground is wet and slippery, and we have to walk slowly.
I'm really excited! Even though it's foggy, everything looks so beautiful. The trees are like giant guardians(守护者) in the fog. The sound of birds singing makes me feel so happy. I think this is a great adventure. I keep looking around, trying to see every little thing.
But Jack is not happy at all. "This is so boring!" he says. "I can't see anything. It's not fun at all. And I'm so tired because I have to walk carefully on the slippery ground. " He walks slowly and looks sad.
Even though we feel differently, we are still climbing together. I hope Jack can see the beauty of this foggy day soon.
