How to Protect Ourselves in the Fire
Nowadays, fire accidents happen very often, and it is quite necessary for us to learn how to protect ourselves when a fire breaks out at home.
First, we should call 119 for help as soon as possible, and tell the firemen our exact address and the fire situation clearly. Second, we can cover our mouth and nose with a wet cloth, and try to stay low to the ground to run out of the burning house quickly. If we can't get out, we should stay by the window and wave bright things to ask for help.
We mustn't go back into the burning building to take our money or other personal things, and we can't take the lift, either. It is also very dangerous to jump from the high window.
If we remember these rules well, we can protect ourselves much better when a fire happens.
