I'm writing to tell you about the great time we had last weekend. I think Mum told you we were going to Manchester on Saturday. Well, we went to see a football game there, because the team of Manchester United was playing with the team of Liverpool. My father didn't go, because he didn't like the two teams. He liked Chelsea and Arsenal. I really enjoyed the game but unluckily Liverpool lost the game. The game was 2 : 0 to Manchester United.
On Sunday, the weather was not that good, but we still spent the day looking around the city. We got lost because we didn't have a map. It wasn't a big problem because we asked a policeman for help and he showed us where to go. We visited the Lowry Museum. There are some interesting paintings. And they are from a well-known painter named LS Lowry. There is a picture of one of his paintings in the letter. Hope you like it.
