ICON company in the US is building the world's largest community of 3D-printed houses this year. Each 3D-printed house is about 139 to 195 square meters in size and has three to four bedrooms. These 3D-printed houses are faster to build and lower in price.
People who have heart illness or accidents may only have a few minutes to live unless they get help. These days, some people in the US made an app called Pulse Point. It invites ordinary(普通的) people trained in CPR(心肺复苏术) to use it. The app knows the users’ information and offers help anytime anywhere.
At the Spring Festival Gala of this year, we saw robots dancing on stage (舞台). The robots did both traditional and modern dances. The best part was when a human dancer and a robot danced together. They moved at the same time, copying each other's moves and making the performance look perfect.
Li Xinze is a 17-year-old boy from Hefei. He and his friend invented a waste cleaning robot to deal with smelly rubbish in pools, which is hard for workers to clean up. It took them about four years to finish the robot. The robot moves like a boat and can be controlled on the waterside by people.
It's amazing to see how technology has improved. All kinds of technologies light up our life and bring us into a brighter future.
