My Hobby
My hobby is painting. I have loved painting since I was in Grade 6. At first, I found it hard to draw even a simple flower—my lines were messy, and the colors didn't look nice. I almost gave up, but my art teacher told me to keep practicing.
One weekend, I spent two hours painting a sunset for my mom's birthday. When she saw it, her eyes lit up. That moment made me feel proud!
Painting helps me a lot. It makes me more careful in study (like checking math problems), and it relaxes me after busy school days. It also lets me show my feelings without words. I'll keep painting to make my life more colorful.
