My First School Day
I remember my first school day as if it were yesterday, but in fact, it happens many years ago. The morning starts with a mix of excitement and nervousness. I get up early and put on my new school uniform. Then I have breakfast with my family.
My mother takes me to the school bus stop, where I meet other children who are also going to school for the first time. We smile at each other. The bus ride is filled with cheers and laughter (欢声笑语), but I can’t help feeling a bit worried.
When we arrive at school, I first meet our teacher, Mrs Johnson. She welcomes us with a warm smile. She leads us to our classroom where I find my name on a small desk.
The day is filled with many activities so I know many classmates and learn the school rules. I make my first friend, Tim. We have the same hobbies. At the end of the day, I know I am in the right school.
