Dear David,
I'm glad to give you advice on the story for your show. My favorite story is "The Tortoise and the Hare", and it is very popular among students.
The story goes like this: a hare and a tortoise decide to have a race. The hare thinks he runs much faster than the tortoise, so he lies down to sleep halfway on the road. But the tortoise never stops walking. He keeps moving step by step. When the hare wakes up, he finds the tortoise already gets to the finishing line earlier than him.
This story tells us that we can't be proud, and keeping working hard will help us succeed at last. The story has only two main roles, it is really easy for you and your classmates to perform.
